In Touch Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine

I’ve been taking my 8 year old here for some physical therapy after breaking his leg. Lee and Thomas always make physical therapy fun and challenging for him. He looks forward to his appointments. The front desk staff was always kind and made scheduling and paying easy. They always had a smile and a kind word for us. Not only is the staff great, we have seen a great amount of improvement in his movements and strength. I will be back for any physical therapy needs and will be sure to recommend them to anyone I know.

In Touch Physical Therapy is the best. They have been taking care of me since Late February, early March. I have had two neck surgeries and needed to recondition my neck muscles to stop protecting. All the PT docs and entire staff is wonderful. It is like having a second family. They keep it fun and are super knowledgeable. I would recommend this to anyone who need PT. You can go wrong here, they are the BEST!!!!

I can't give a review regarding treatment, as I never went to the clinic. The reason for my review is in regards to my experience with the clinics reception. I called to check if they were in-network with my insurance and they weren't. Which I was completely fine with that, it happens. What I didn't care for, was the fact that the receptionist proceeded to degrade and complain about the insurance I did have. Telling me no one liked the insurance I have and good luck trying to find a clinic in the area that would accept my insurance. When someone is in pain and just trying to find treatment for their injury. To hear something like that, it really does impact in a negative way and does discourage.

I was in an accident last June and have had a whiplash injury I thought would go away by itself. After 6 months of intense pain, I went to In Touch therapy. I had Valda V. for 3 months and now am totally pain free. So much better quality of life without pain. Highly recommend them and am very grateful to the whole staff.

Amazing therapist, assistants, and staff! Give them 10 stars if I could! Brad & Suzanne saved me from having to fly home early. Pelvis took a bad turn, Suzie worked me in within an hour of me showing up at the office! Brad had me on the table for 1.75 hours making me human again! Love these people! Upbeat, positive, & kind! I will be making them my "go to" when I move here! Thanks guys & gals!!!!
