My daughters bought me a gift certificate for Christmas for In Balance Massage Therapy. I had never even heard of them prior to the gift card. My daughter did lots of research to find the right place for me and they suggested I get a facial and a massage. I started with a facial and I am so glad I did. Amelia was reassuring and explained everything. I was so relaxed during the facial that I almost fell asleep. The studio's vibe is just perfect for relaxation. and I was transformed instantly. My face felt and looked amazing after one treatment. I left with glowing skin and lots of great advice. Susie is phenomenal! She is attentive, personable, and professional. By far, the most meticulous technique I've experienced. I've never felt better coming out of massage than I did after this one. Such a warm, inviting and clean spa.

This was my first visit and it was an incredible experience. Susie took the time to clarify my (plentiful) musculoskeletal concerns and delivered the most soothing massage experience. She frequently checked in about the pressure, used a weighted heating pad on my back when she moved on to my legs, and just showed the utmost care and attention to my needs. Hands down one of the best massages I have EVER had. The atmosphere in her office is very relaxing. Quiet, dark, perfect background music, and the most comfortable face cradle I have ever experienced. An absolute gem.

Amelia is amazing. Facials are really the only thing I splurge on for self care and this was by far the best facial I have ever had. I wish I found her sooner. Normally I’m very anxious the first time so I talk a lot but here I was so relaxed. She gave me product recommendations she thought would be a good fit but isn’t pushing products on you for a sale.
