I’m currently doing my treatment with Impress, and I’m already so happy with the results! My teeth have noticeably improved, and I can see them getting straighter every week. The whole process has been really smooth, the team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond when I have questions. I also love how convenient everything is, especially the check-ins and how comfortable the aligners are. I’m excited to see my final results, but even now I can confidently say I’m very happy I chose Impress!

I completed my treatment. There are some pros. However, they are overshadowed from my extreme dissatisfaction with their post-treatment communication. I received my retainer in the mail. The pamphlet that came with my retainer said I could order replacement retainers. After about 6 months following treatment, I decided to order a couple of backup replacements. I ordered 2 for $299.00 The app was glitching and I could not order on there. Annoying, not a deal breaker. I called the number. Finally got a call back. Ordered my replacements over the phone with a representative. They charged my card that day, and said I could expect them in the mail in about 4 weeks. 4 weeks later, nothing. Sent a message in the chat. They informed me I needed to come in for new scans. That was news to me! I un

Definitely the worst experience ever. The waiting time for Aligner get to you is more than 3 months when the orthodontist said that typical waiting time 4-6 weeks. I have tried to contact them through all the ways I can find. Their response is always we will get to you when it is ready. And I never get any response back! Until today (01/13/2025) after waiting for more than 3 months (since 10/01/2024), and tried to reach out million times, they finally responded that it is shipped out. However, do not expect you can get any updates if you do not ask by yourself. It is just so unfriendly and so unpleasant experience. Financial scam here. Don’t pay upfront!!! They asked me to pay full bill and promised to reimburse immediately after insurance company pays them. The fact is that they are still not giving my money back even after almost a year. Update: A day passed, nobody is responding to my email. Stop using ridiculous excuses like complex! What reimbursement takes a year? If you can’t make the easiest payment right, how can customers trust you to make teeth right? Scam is scam!

Today I went for a consultation and my experience was above and beyond. Elia, Amanda and the entire team that assisted me were super kind, gentle and helpful. I felt like I was def in the hands of experts, they explained my treatment plan in detail and I’ll be updating my review once my treatment begins. I wasn’t too sure if I’d be going this route for my braces but the experience alone made me sure of the team at Impress. Thank you for a wonderful experience, your patience and kindness overall!
