Kaitlin at Imperial Center Family Medicine is hands down one of the best providers I have seen. She is extremely knowledgeable, but what stood out most was her approach. She was calm, personable, and genuinely attentive. She listened closely, took my concerns seriously, and made the visit feel comfortable and thorough from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares and that she is in this for the right reasons. If you are looking for a provider who is both skilled and compassionate, Kaitlin is the one.

Imperial Center Family Medicine is a very good General Practice provider . I have been with them for 20+ years. The appointment booking process, record portal access and staff are excellent to work with. Today I saw Katy Cirillo, PA-C. She took adequate time and did not rush through my exam, was thorough and diagnosed my issue accurately. She provided very good care instruction and medication options. I highly recommend ICFM.

The office operates smoothly, and I usually don't have to wait long at all for my appointment. My doctor is thorough, listens to me well, and cares for my best health. I can always reach him through the portal and he responds promptly. I have been with this practice over 35 years and highly recommend it.

Dr. T is great! For 25 plus years he has been a trusted partner in my health care and an excellent doctor! What I like best about him is that he takes time to REALLY listen and he never rushes. I established care with Dr. Dennis Jacokes at Imperial Center Family Medicine in 2001 and remained his patient until his retirement in 2024. Rather than switching to a provider closer to home, I chose to stay with ICFM given my long history there and was assigned to PA Kaitlin Deslauriers. I was initially skeptical about seeing a PA instead of an MD, but that concern proved completely unfounded. Kaitlin is an outstanding provider: - Friendly - Thorough - Patient - Empathetic - Super smart - Respectful - Genuine She has exactly the qualities you want in someone managing your healthcare.
