Immediate Care Medical Center

My wife went here because she was feeling lousy and couldn't talk. They said she had possible strep throat and no congestion. Well the next day we went to med Express in Edwardsville. They said there was congestion in her lungs ,throat swollen. They also said she has to keep and I for bronchitis. You were also prescribed an inhaler plus doxycycline. Definitely urgent care misdiagnosis my wife. We won't be back.

I was sent here by my insurance company because my daughter had a possible ear infection. When I arrived I informed the front desk what I was there for and what insurance I had. The front desk woman was snarky and short with me and told me to go sit down. When she called me up to fill out paperwork she informed me they didnt take Geisinger insurance( not the insurance I had so I dont understand the relevance to me). I gave her my card to copy and went back to sit down and fill out paperwork. The place was filthy and needed alot of work. The front desk woman returned my card and that's when I realized she dressed extremely unprofessional in a mismatched track suit(not a Friday it was was a Tuesday). I continued to filled paperwork when she informed me the doctor couldn't see my daughter be
