iMassage and Stretch LLC SPORTS PERFORMANCE AND REHABILITATION

I currently have three daughters that train with Mr. Yamil. Two of which have private 30min sessions with him for dance training, strength, balance, and solo cleaning. We love him, he is the best!! Kind and spots errors so fast! My daughters are 11, 10 and 6, all competitive dancers.

Took my daughter because she had hurt her back dancing. Very professional, caring and attentive. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing. Great recommendations as well. Recommend 100%. You won’t be disappointed. The very best. We will be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend I Massage and Stretch enough! My daughter has made incredible progress since we started coming here. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about each client’s improvement. They take the time to personalize the stretching sessions, and the results speak for themselves! The atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s the perfect place to bring your kids if you want them to improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and feel their best. We absolutely love coming here and will continue to do so! Highly recommend!

My daughters having been attending imassage & Stretch for almost 2 years but the last 8 months they have been going once a week for private lessons with Jay. Jay is GREAT! We love her so much and the girls have come so far with her! She has helped improve turns, splits, core strength, ballet basics and more! Yamil is also one in a million and his knowledge of the body is remarkable. My oldest daughter has had some issues with tight tendons and toe/ankle pain, Yamil has always helped educate her on stretching and exercises to prevent these things. I can’t recommend them enough!

My daughter (9yo) is in her 4th year of dance and just rolled her ankle for the first time. Other dance moms highly recommended Yamil’s company for sports therapy and it did not disappoint. Yamil provided a last minute appointment and was not only able to quickly diagnose her injury, but came up with a game plan on how to move forward.
