Imaging at Stafford Hospital

Had to have 4 different MRI appointments at this location and I can’t express how happy I am with this location and all the staff. It happened so that each MRI I had done was with Brian and Carissa and they both were WONDERFUL! Very friendly and accommodating. I am claustrophobic but felt extremely comfortable because of them. In general, everyone working there was great. My mom even said “whenever we come here everyone smiles and jokes with each other like they are at a party, not at work” and honestly, we need more of this attitude at places like hospitals. I’m considering volunteering at that location just because of how good I felt each time coming in and leaving the place. Keep it up Stafford Hospital!

As much as you could 'like' a hospital...this place was great. Staff, personnel anyone we interacted with was amazing. The location is convenient, the building is bright, sunny well designed. Not crowded, plenty of parking. It's a great facility. I honestly wouldn't 'recommend' it to anyone because it's a hospital but compared to others in the area 100% it's good option. Downfall would be the lack of Starbucks availability on the weekends.

Absolutely the worst. I was scheduled “stat MRI” on Wednesday. After I had MRI I scheduled my follow-up with orthopedic doctor within 2 days. I drove nearly 2 hours for my follow-up results on Monday, July 21, 2025 only to receive a call from orthopedic office that my results had not been read by the radiologist as promised. Mind you I’m walking through the doors at orthopedic office telling me I would need to reschedule. After my doctor sent email to Imaging department and was told someone would read my MRI within 1 hour. So I wait and wait only to find out that was not the case. Apparently there was not a radiologist in the office due to restructuring within the department. As of today, I have not received my results and discuss my next options. If I could give 0 stars I would. Totally u

I had my thyroid removed at this hospital a few short weeks ago. While there, the nurses, doctors and even the cleaning staff were all gems. They took excellent care of me during my overnight stay. They even made sure my husband was comfortable during the stay as well. The facility was Very clean. I even received a get well soon/thank you card from the nursing staff about a week after my visit. The icing on the cake, was the food was delicious as well!

My wife and I had a our first child at Stafford Hospital recently, and we couldn't have been happier with the care we received. The nurses are hardworking and caring and the doctors are knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. Also the food's not too shabby either. An all around wonderful experience. I realize there are many negative reviews on this place, please realize that most people are not in a hospital for a happy time in their life, and I believe memories of these terrible circumstances are often intertwined into their perception of the hospital they were experienced at.
