Parking is a nightmare. After struggling with parking, I finally tried one of the ride-share small buses. The buses at 10' 2" do not fit under the portico of the main entrance. So the drop off site is underneath the main parking lot and a bit of a walk from the lower entrance. One must wait outside for the pick-up because there is no waiting area where the bus can be seen for pick-up. For a medical office building, the design is incredibly poor. AND the elevators are so small, two people and a wheelchair are fairly cramped.

Illinois medical center is a great place to go I've been there several times two different clinics it is a very clean facility with lots of parking there's handicap parking there's a handicap entrance and easy accesswhen you walk into the building there are two elevators to your right with directions on which floor the office that you're looking for is on.

Was there very early, place wasn't open yet. Had to wait for the doors to open.
