Met with this woman over a Mt.Sinai Urgent Care due to a problem with having my diabetes medication refill prescribed to me by my endocrinologist- this is after Mt.Sinai's office has reached out to them at least 3xs in the past 2 weeks. I've literally had to go to an Urgent Care 3x's already just to get my diabetes medication She refused to provide me with a refill at the correct dosage- which endangers my health. Upon asking to speak with a supervisor- she asked me for my phone number instead of contacting one while I was online- like it isn't in patient chart. She is total trash. Avoid under all circumstances if you value your health!

Excellent care and diagnoses through virtual care. I started meds prescribed within the hour.. I’m starting to get my energy back & can swallow without extreme pain. Thank you very much.
