Yesterday I had to stop in to pick up a form I couldn’t print from the patient portal and at the reception the young lady that help me was so quick to look up what I needed and she printed it for me without me having to wait for my doctor. I was so grateful and impressed, she was able to problem solve and helped me immediately all with a smile in her face.

This place has gotten terrible, I used to like it, now everything is so hostile and they could not care less about your health. They charged me a double appointment for asking for a referral. No issues of ANY KIND are included in an appointment that took me over 4 months to get as an established patient. I’ll attach the letter they gave us. It’s really disgusting. No issues, past or present are allowed to be discussed. What exactly is the purpose of the visit then?

I was just in for an appointment with my PCP, I paid my copay upfront and waited 45 minutes to be seen. The assistant told me that my doctor wouldn't be seeing me because she was not accepting new patients. I am a returning patient, having seen this doctor for more than 5years. I called last Friday to make this appointment and told them I was a returning patient and I also attached the proof of my PCP with my insurance company. I am so frustrated. This appointment should not have been scheduled if I wasn't going to be seen and if the doctor hadn't approved the visit. Very poor scheduling and communication.

I have to mention PA A.Smiarowski, In the past I’ve been judged not with PA.ANN she truly cares and listens to me, I’m very grateful I found Her. Plus she reads my charts before I come in so she is familiar with me. Nurse Chloe equally awesome always a Smile. S.D.

I’ve come to this Urgent Care a few times. Nurses and doctors are very competent but the waiting room situation is aggravating. Even with “saving a spot” online hours in advance, I always end up waiting between 1 and 2 hours! Not fun with small kids.
