Ideal Dental Plantation

I had an amazing experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Thalia was absolutely incredible — she was so kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole process. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Dr. Shahin Linda was outstanding as well. The procedure was completely painless and way easier than I expected. The doctor was very gentle, professional, and took the time to make sure I felt at ease. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I also want to give credit to Maki, Natasha (the office manager), and Sonia at the front desk. Everyone was friendly, professional, and organized, which made the visit stress-free. Its always hard to go to the dentist, but the experience here was very different. The place is nice and cozy, the people working there are very friendly and helpful. I think its a private practice 1 doctor with two employees. The front office person was very helpful with explaining our coverages with the insurances and helping us on how to save $. The assistant was very friendly and the doctor very straightforward, honest and fast with her work. We had to go with our 2 kids and they were very friendly and patient with them. We also liked all the technology on the equipment, definitely changed the experience for us.

My first time here. It was a very pleasant experience. They were able to accommodate me, my service dog and trainer during the appointment. They did everything they could to help me stay relaxed and my anxiety down during my appointment. The staff was very friendly and every person I encountered was professional. Every question I had was answered and I left understanding what my options and recommendations are. I think I've found my new dentist.

Dr. Correa was amazing! She really took my concerns into consideration during my deep cleaning and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Both she and the dental techs were great listeners and created a welcoming environment. The front desk staff was also very helpful, clearly explaining everything I needed to know both before and during my appointment. Overall, a wonderful experience!

New to the area of Plantation and new patient to Ideal Dental. The office is clean and very welcoming. The staff were polite and explained in detail each step of my dental cleaning. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back!
