Ideal Dental Mooresville

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the entire team was so kind. The front staff was pretty busy when I arrived and at no point did I feel I was inconveniencing them - they were so kind and welcoming. I was pretty nervous about the state of my dental needs and at no point did I feel judged or reprimanded. We made a plan and the staff did a fantastic job clearly educating me and making sure I understood. I highly recommend this practice!

The entire staff is wonderful at this location! My husband hates going to the dentist, but Dr Salem truly cares about her patients and it shows. KC and the office manager were very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We will be taking our entire family here for any future dental needs. 100% would recommend!

Everyone at Ideal Dental is a super pro - explained everything in detail and easy from start to finish. My dentist is fantastic. Not cheap as any dental work is these days but very impressed with the people and service.

The staff and Dr. Salem were all very nice but things seemed quite unorganized and rushed at times even though I was there for nearly 2 hours for an exam and cleaning. They apparently don't have a hygienist so the dentist does the cleaning. The method and order of the cleaning and exam was also quite different than any other time I've gone to a dentist in my life. I was there nearly an hour to get xrays and pictures. Then I had the exam. Then someone polished my teeth. Then the dentist came back to do the cleaning. Then the other girl came back to floss my teeth. Then even though I had asked for the oral cancer screening earlier, I would have had to wait again for the dentist so I just left without that. 2 hours was enough for me...
