Ideal Dental Cedar Park

Going to the dentist is never fun. However, everyone at Ideal Dental made it better. The receptionist is extremely polite and kind. She keeps her promise on callbacks, and she does her best to fit my schedule. She is a fantastic first contact with excellent customer service. Both the dentist and the dental assistant were extremely polite. They made sure I was comfortable through the procedure, and explained everything as they were doing. And I've had no issues with the work that has been done. I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at ideal dental! Dr. Lauren Conway is kind, knowledgeable, and seems to actually care about her patients. I was really nervous as I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years and she didn’t make me feel bad about it at all and was very welcoming. Everyone else I met in the office were really nice as well and seemed to be enjoying their job. They were extremely transparent about pricing as well and let me know the pricing and insurance coverage on everything before proceeding with any of the work. The office is clean and comfortable. Most importantly, my teeth look great and I left with more confidence and knowledge on how to take care of them. I’m excited to come back instead of dreading the dentist. Highly recommend!

The hygienist and front desk are extremely helpful. The dentist, Dr. Conway was thorough and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that she was a bit rough and aggressive with the cleaning and my mouth is stll sensitive 2 days later.

Ideal Dental is the best Dentist in Cedar Park. I always feel welcome. The staff is nice and very professional. They have been my family dentist for over 10 years.

My husband and I have been going to Ideal Dental for three years and have never had any complaints from their dentist. However, they recently hired a new dentist and she was extremely pushy. She told my husband and me that we both needed deep cleaning and follow-up visits every three months. She wouldn't do a regular cleaning because she insisted our gums were too badly infected. I have never been so insulted by a dentist. We will definitely NOT be returning.
