We can’t say enough good about Ideal Dental and Daleisy Perez-Mendez, DMD. My husband had a veneer that came loose while we were traveling to his new duty station. On a Saturday, no less. We didn’t know who to call, but after reading reviews of Ideal Dental in Brandon, we knew they were the office to call. Sure enough, they had an appointment for him that same day. They did their very best to get our insurance figured out—made several phone calls on our behalf. Once in their office, they were kind and professional from start to finish. Made us feel welcome and at ease. Jamie, the manager, was especially delightful. We walked out with the veneer re-attached, my hubby’s smile restored in less than an hour! Fantastic experience, from scheduling the appointment, the beautiful office space, friendly staff, kind dentist and wonderful billing specialist this is an office I plan to come to for a long time. The dentist was thorough, they turned the tv into a way I could view my X-rays and a live view inside my mouth as she walked me through everything. It was exceptional customer care from beginning to end.
