I had a very poor experience with the billing team at this clinic. I left a voicemail requesting assistance, and when I finally received a call back, the representative started the conversation by criticizing my voicemail, saying I “talked too fast.” She then asked what I needed, but when I began explaining, she rudely interrupted me mid-sentence with “can I talk” even though she hadn’t tried to speak once. In addition to the unprofessional communication, this clinic has repeatedly overcharged us on our required co pay at each visit. We’ve explained and provided proof that the amount they’re charging is incorrect, yet it continues to happen. Just had both big toenail borders removed due to bad ingrown toenail pain. Dr Andrews was awesome and explained everything before the procedure and treated me like family. Lisa his nurse got everything setup and made it a breeze and is the best! Also Brittany the receptionist was awesome with scheduling as well and even though we were late coming from Payette she got me back fast!

Dr. Gerber & Lisa were great. They took care of my concerns and help treat my foot issue. I highly recommend Nampa location!

I was sent to collections 2 YEARS after my initial procedure. They sent me a one off bill several months after my procedure, and they couldn’t even provide me with a date of service. They had just switched accounting platforms and lost some information apparently. They couldn’t even tell me what they were billing me for. I asked if it was part of the surgery, pre or post ops, and they said no. They had zero information, just wanted to charge me $400. I figured it was taken care of since they couldn’t provide me with any information, but sure enough I received a bill from a collections agency this week. Ridiculous.

I had an extremely positive experience at the Idaho Foot and Ankle Nampa location. I arrived over half an hour in advance of my scheduled appointment time. When I checked in with Brittanie at the front desk, she was very welcoming, friendly, and quite jocular. Having never been to their office (or any podiatrist’s office at all for that matter) her professional, yet genuine and witty, manner put me at ease – and even though I had to wait awhile due to my aforementioned early arrival, I was still called on to be seen prior to my scheduled appointment time. Angie is the nurse who performed my assessment. She was very kind, knowledgeable and skilled at her job, asked me pertinent questions, and gave me straight forward answers to the queries I posed her.
