Idaho Falls Community Hospital

Extremely pleased with the service here. Usually we go to a different hospital but we were treated Extremely well here. The staff was great but the nurse Daniel was fabulous and so attentive to my family members need. I feel great bringing my family members here because they really make sure they're taken care of. Again, huge!!!!! Shout out to the nurse Daniel

I was sent to IFCH from Redicare with acute respiratory failure. They immediately pulled me back and started working on me. All of the nurses and physicians were incredibly attentive, kind, and thorough. They handled my anxiety very well and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I ended up staying there for about a week. The Emergency Department, IMC, and Med Surg floors/employees are all amazing. Highly highly recommend.

I cannot sing the praises of the IF Community Hospital enough. My father was admitted to the ICU after a heart attack that very well could have ended his life. There were a couple rough days, when we weren't sure how things would turn out, but all of the staff was supportive, compassionate, and very knowledgable. Now that he has improved, he is telling all his friends "they took REALLY good care of me" at the hospital. I particularly would like to thank Dr. Keenen and Dr. Miller in the ICU, and nurses Hayley and Rachel. Charge nurse Amber gave me some good advice in the toughest times. Every member of staff was willing to spend time explaining to us what was happening, what our options were, and what we could expect. As I have so many times in the past, I came to the E.R. needing calcium infusions, but unlike ANY other hospital visit in the past I could not have been treated with more kindness, understanding, patience, and genuine concern for my well being. Being a person in recovery for the first time I felt like a human deserving of the same level of care as any other patient. I was treated as the Christian, the mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, and friend that I am, not just the "addict" that i was. Unfortunately it has become normal for me to want to hide or disappear every time someone new comes into my room because i know the minute they read my chart all they will see are those condemning words, "substance use disorder" and "opioid use disorder" that have followed me around for the last

They were SO SO nice to me. So kind during my mini stay. They were patient, attentive, professional, thorough, AND went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I would really like to say thank you to the doctors, nurses, anesthesia and patient intake professionals. :) I had an amazing experience that gave me faith for any help I'd need to come.
