I can't say enough good things about my dog Hanna's visit today. From the front desk staff, to the technician,to the vet, we were treated with kindness and compassion. I learned a lot about keeping my dog healthy and the pricing was reasonable and fair. Thanks for a great experience!

I start out with saying: EVERYONE HERE IS SO KIND AND COMPASSIONATE. They also will do everything within their power to help within a budget. However, everything medical, for humans and animals alike, is pricey so a charge is to be expected. That said, my Rallo was diagnosed with spleen cancer so we did the right thing by him and didn't allow such an amazing soul to suffer. They treated him with so much love from the moment his paw stepped in their doors to the moment his paw took a final rest on their floors. They helped handle his cremation and were like family helping me through this. I can say with honesty that their love for the babies and their craft is unmatched.

Our visit Today was very good, With a little calming meds for our big anxious Rotty. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kay . This was a new vet. For our dog he's only been to one vet in 5 years. Thank you ALL for the patience and understanding with our boy. Will definitely be back. : )

I have to give a very special thanks to Dr. Marshall and Cindy !! The entire staff was amazing but these 2 really got me through my visit. I was a wreck when I walked in concerned about my sweet miniature poodle Miss Jewels. This was my first time at this facility not knowing what to expect. They accepted my emergency walk in. They listened to my concerns and avoided any unnecessary cost. I was very satisfied with my visit and I’m sure Jewels was as well. Thank you entire staff. My dog has a great veterinary team.

It has taken me 8 months to finally come forward. Dr.Kay - as knowledgeable and respected a vet he is, he is completely and utterly money hungry. To the point where as he was injecting euthanasia into my companion of 15 years he decided to discuss payments? The last moments I had with my son, were filled with rage because this man just couldn’t wait even 10 minutes to say that with me. The staff was completely shocked and as enraged as I was he decided to use that delicate moment to discuss. Why did he bring this up you ask? Because the a few nights prior I had spent $1,000+ at the emergency vet on my son, and explained to him I may not have funds until that Wednesday (came in on a Monday) to pay to put my baby to rest.
