I had a disappointing and concerning experience regarding how my medical documentation was handled at this health center, specifically by Michelle Kelley. The wrong document was transmitted to a non-medical entity without my explicit authorization. That document contained personal medical information. The physician later acknowledged that the incorrect document had been sent. Situations involving medical records require precision, clear communication, and careful authorization. Experiencing an error of this nature was distressing and undermined my trust in the clinic’s internal processes. I contacted CareATC to express my concerns about how my documentation was handled.
