Highly recommend. I sustained a serious cut on my hand and I knew in needed stitches. Reluctant to go to the emergency room I decided to try Hurley urgent care and to my surprise they were able to get me in. After 10 stitches I was out of there with in 1 hour.

I was a simple case. I just need my physical fitness form filled out for school and was told that I could get it done at an urgent care. Apparently not at Hurley because no one was willing to do it.

Urgent care provider Kathy was an awesome doc. She made us laugh and talked to us like we were real people and she seemed genuinely concerned. Her medical knowledge helped me and my daughter both. I hope everyone gets a doc like her. Very easy to talk to and so nice

Had a bad experience. Called ahead of time asking if they could realign my broken nose. The lady that answered the phone reassured me they could do that: I ended up driving over an hour round trip, waited for an hour and 40 to be seen by the doctor only to tell me they could not work on my nose. Big waste of time and money… the phone operator could have easily asked. I asked to talk to the manager and I was sent to voicemail. Left a voicemail and they never responded. - EDIT : So I was called back from someone higher up in management. They apologized for the misunderstanding. The receptionist was at fault for not asking the doctor for more information. They said they would have a staff meeting to prevent this from happening again. I am very glad I got the call, I would come back now that
