The nurses up her on the 9th floo I thought at first was nice. But this chick who is my room atm on 1/8/26 at 1:47 am is a rude as can b. I was talking and she told me to just stop. Like ok who r u? And y r u talking to me like I'm a dog. And it's not just this one there about a handful here who r rude disrespectful and talk about u behind ur back. Y r u even here and have u forgotten about HIPPA and the vow u took when u received ur degree?? I had to give a star or it wouldn't allow me to post. But Idt they deserve half a star.

Hurley Hospital is the best hospital in Genesee County! The level of care my mom received exceeded my expectations. Every employee there was kind, courteous, professional and caring. I highly recommend Hurley Hospital to anyone who seeks exceptional care.

Our experience in the PICU (Hurley Medical) last month was truly exceptional. I wanted to make sure I took the time to share my experiences. The doctors and nurses were wonderful—so caring, attentive, and compassionate every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything, checked in often, and treated us with genuine kindness. In such a stressful time, their support meant more than words can express. We are incredibly grateful for the care we received. Thank you 🩷

The Children's hospital is wonderful. We came in through the ER. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and caring. Every staff person we encountered has been exceptional. We were admitted and my son had surgery. They explained everything and we really felt comfortable. Food service was excellent, nursing staff, transportation, everyone! We will definitely come back if we ever need a children's hospital again. Thank you!

Hurleys staff has been amazing! They were so helpful with everything and very kind to both myself and my daughter. They made sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable throughout the night. Huge thank you to the hard working staff at Hurley hospital!!! ❤️
