Hurley Children's Center

I've never hated a doctor's office more in my life.. They never answer their phones will literally have you on hold for over 15-20 minutes and Everytime I go there the people are not doing anything in that office, Not to mention when they answer the phones they are clueless and can't answer any questions you have. Ive waited so long for a referral for my daughter that the doctor told me needed to be done and will be put in just to be told over a month later they're not going to send one and can't recommend a place for me I have to do everything on my own 🤦🏾‍♀️ I would not recommend this useless doctor's office to anyone save your time and energy and go somewhere else!

Normally we have a great experience with this office, have for ten years. Today the lady on the phone had a strong accent so I couldn’t really understand what she was saying, when I asked her to repeat her name ( because it sounds like she rolls her letters together like people who speak other languages do) and she told me “ well I’m speaking English” then I asked her to spell it because I still don’t no what she said and she told me no. I asked her test my son for asthma because that’s what the office called me and told me to do and she told me no. She continued to tell me she don’t see anything in the notes for him having asthma and I informed her that I was told to schedule this appointment and I’m not sure what notes she was talking about. After going back and fourth she hung up on me.

Don’t come and see Dr. Reyes she’s a pediatrician and she’s a CPS calling person. You miss one appointment and she calls CPS on you. My family has done everything this office has asked and they still want to call CPS for no reason. Best believe i will NOT be going to this place EVER again.

Originally 5 stars **This is a great place with great doctors. . . .but we were recently there and stuck in emergency all night 8 pm till 11 in the afternoon. When hitting the call button for a nurse it took at least 10 minutes before someone came to check on my kid. Which in an emergency could actually be life or death.The chairs in the emergency room make you feel like you may need to be admitted after sitting in them for that amount of time. The rooms were so cold that me and my fiance had to grab sheets to cover up and we still froze . He's like a polar bear by the way he likes cold but this was even too cold for him which is nuts. Offering some coffee or hot tea people can go get themselves would be a nice option. We were offered ice water and when you're already freezing is the last

They make you wait for a long time to get a appointment by video or in person you're waiting on the phone from 30min to almost 1 to 2 hours that is uncomfortable even when you are in exam room you are waiting and 1hour to see the Dr they need to do better
