Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care - Madison

I was feeling horrible and my VA Doc couldn't get me on her schedule. She suggested I go to a VA affiliated Urgent Care and this facility was the closest to my house in Monrovia. I walked into a full waiting room that was full of folks coughing and wheezing, just like I was. They had masks available and most folks were courteous enough to use them. I checked in by using the kiosk and took a seat. There is a follow on task that gets sent to your phone, and I had difficulty with that process. The woman behind the counter was so helpful. She didn't even snicker at my ineptness. The wait was not too long considering how many folks were there. The care provided was excellent and once I actually got out of the waiting room, I was seen and sent on my way quite quickly. I am very pleased with eve

Awesome staff! Ruthie was amazing at the front desk! So pleasant! Tiffany and Katy were very thorough and attentive as MA’s! So good! Danielle was a rockstar NP in her explanations, listening ear, and she was the calm I needed to my storm! I just moved up here to North Alabama (without any family) and because I didn’t know why I was having the unknown symptoms going on in my body, I was super nervous as I entered the place! However, because of the staff and the Lord, Himself, I left lifted and assured things were good! No fear! Thank you, HH Urgent Care (Hughes Road-Madison)!

I had a great experience at HH Urgent Care Center Nurse Practitioner Sarah was outstanding. She was very thorough, kind, and genuinely attentive to what I was dealing with. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, from check-in to discharge. No long waits, and they made sure I understood everything before I left. This is definitely my new go-to place for urgent care. Thank you!

I came in upset- my work hours wouldn't allow me to through the week and I had already tried two other urgent cares- one not in network and the rude one not accepting new patients. It was a long wait as a walk- in, but when the front lady let me sit in my car and she said she'd send a text when they were ready, I was able to relax, away from the sniffling lobby. I should've made an appointment for sure, but frustration and not breathing for a week isn't great for me. But the visit went great, I felt seen and properly tested. I can't wait to breathe again Thank you for dealing with me

I had a very positive experience. They were slow but efficient. HH needs to ensure all of their clinics are staffed at a level a patient is waiting an hour beyond their appointment. Otherwise I am pleased with how I was treated.
