Excellent service and care! We had a stray dog show up at our house. Within 24 hours they came and picked him up. Office girls were great. Called me back when they said they would and made sure the process went smoothly. Thanks for all you do!

Service seems okay for spay but took 30 minutes to pick up our cat even though we were told we could pick up at 3:30. Lobby is too small in admissions side. They also had a cat loose in front of their building this morning.

Scam!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Our family attended the free cat adoption event. All my sister wanted for Christmas was a cat. She found one that she and our three children loved and was told he needed to be fixed but we could pick him up later in the week. She and my children have been counting down the days until we get him. Then yesterday they called her to inform her and mistake was made in their end and there was someone in front of her, even though no pending or hold sign was on him like all the others. If there had been she would have chosen a different cat. We called 8 times between my husband and I and left messages. Two hours later, when they finally called back the lady was very rude. She essentially said it wasn’t her fault and there was nothing she could do. My husband

First class service. They took great care of my 2 cats and my dog professionally. My Vizsla got to ride in the "druggy buggy". They were very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. They are healing beautifully. 100% recommend

I had the opportunity to volunteer at HES, and it was awesome. First off, the staff and volunteers are amazing. The way they care about the animals is inspirational. The facility was clean and organized. They care about each individual animal they house. If your thinking about getting a pet, please give HES in Chattanooga a look.
