Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable and has helped my chronic pain immensely. He has greatly alleviated the pain in my neck, shoulders, back, and ribs. He is very knowledgeable about the body and always listens to my concerns, addressing what symptoms have come up for me since the last session. Jonathan quickly creates a care plan for that visit and after visit suggestions including lifestyle, posture, exercises to do or avoid, stretches, and more. His massage room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I recently had an incredible deep tissue massage that made a world of difference for my hip pain. From the moment John began working I could tell he was highly skilled and knew exactly how to target the tension points that had been causing me discomfort. The pressure was intense, but exactly what I needed, and by the end of the session, I felt a huge release and the tightness in my hip. John also took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I walked out feeling so much better, my hip pain was significantly reduced, and I felt more mobile and relaxed that I had in a long time. John is highly knowledgeable and and highly skilled. He does great body work for me. I personally get deep tissue massage but he knows how to do multiple styles of massage. He's also very knowledgeable of the human body along with training and diet. I look forward to using his services for a very long time.
