Always have a great experience at the Boonton location. The online portal is very informative and easy to access. Any follow up questions are always prompt and complete. Dr. Ricks and his entire staff are always responsive. Responses and reports are available online.

I’ve had a great experience recently at the Boonton location. Barely any wait time, maybe 0 to 5 minutes. Dr. Levy is knowledgeable, professional, and has a really comforting presence. I felt at ease during my two recent visits and definitely trust her as my doctor moving forward. She’s also responsive on MyChart, which is a big plus for me. Don’t let the mixed reviews scare you off. It’s a thumbs up for me.

New to the area, I was looking for a primary care doctor and I did well by finding Dr. Jason Rick’s! His staff was quick to welcome me and make sure all paperwork was completed properly. I waited no more than 5 minutes before I was seen by the doctor. Being an initial visit, he went through every aspect of my health history. Also, to my surprise he previously reviewed my records before even seeing me. He took the time to answer all my questions and review with me medical procedures I needed to schedule. I have no doubt that I made the right decision in Dr. Jason Rick’s!

I left my main PCP after the pandemic cause things were just ran chaotically, and found Boonton Primary that is connected with Atlantic Health and thought having my history and records be synced would be good. The nursing staff is great, but the doctors with which have become so busy that if it's a sick visit good luck seeing anyone, or they want you to drive an hour and a half to another location. Having a wellness visit here and it feels more like you're speaking to a stenographer vs a doctor, and after indicating my dietary restrictions and daily routine receive a message through the portal that reads like I haven't been doing anything. It just seems like the doctor lacked the ability to connect even when asking how they were doing. Not saying medicine should be like what you see on TV

My Dr I’ve had for some time retired so this was My first visit to Dr Ricks. He was on time. Spent a good amount of time getting to know all of my concerns. Started right out of the gate getting my file in order. He was very personable and explained all of the tests and the reasons for them. He listened carefully and asked all the right questions. I was able to do my blood work in the office which was better than taking an additional day to get the lab work done somewhere else. His receptionist, Nurse Practitioner and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I chose Dr Ricks due to other ratings, I hope this helps someone else. I was very pleased.
