Hudson Headwaters Pharmacy

I switched to HHHN pharmacy because I thought it would be more efficient since I have a HHHN provider. Now I wait no less than 5 days for a refill on my meds. Even if when I request a refill I let them know that I have X-amount left, there is zero urgency whatsoever. Additionally, they don’t accept Good RX. My insurance does not cover my meds, so I rely on Good RX to help pay for it. They do have their own discount card they will owe for me, but it is double the cost of Good RX. The icing on the cake, they will notify you when it’s ready, but ALWAYS 15 minutes after they have closed for the day. This time I ran out of my meds 2 days ago, I got my notification at 4:45 today… Friday, they closed at 4:30… they’re closed till Monday. I will no longer be using this pharmacy.

Just switching over from another pharmacy, I am finding the service fast and friendly ! They've made a great 1st impression !
