Community Care Pediatrics - Saratoga

I am a first time mom and have been so happy with the care and treatment at Community Care Saratoga. Since our daughter started daycare we have gone into the office many times and they are always all so nice and understanding of me being such a worrier. We have seen many different doctors during our travels and have been happy each time. We see Dr. Austin primarily and love her! I recently had an issue with my daughter’s insurance and the office staff was very helpful during this. The way that Brooke talked me through it and followed up with me is what prompted me to put a 5 star review in. I think it so rare to find support staff in medical businesses that are kind, pleasant, and actually seem care! Thank you again Brooke!

The nurses in this building are absolutely so rude when you have questions. I’m really sick of being spoken down too by these nurses. I’m a mother of six and I will be damned if I have to continue to deal with rude nurses because we were told to call and ask why the scripts weren’t coming through for my child! COMMUNICATION IS EVERYTHING AND YOU NURSES LACK IT ! If you don’t like your job find another one!

Both of my kids see Jessica Hume, and we love her. The front desk staff are all very sweet. We also appreciate the fact that they are open in the morning for walk-ins, and that they have some Saturday hours. In the past we’ve called for same-day appointments (after walk-in hours) and we were able to be seen without a problem, which was great. Overall, wonderful group of docs and nurses. I would definitely recommend!

We’ve been coming to Community Care pediatrics for many years. The current check-in system is incredibly cumbersome and invasive. They pester you with online questionnaires in advance and if you don’t complete them, the staff hands you a tablet and demands you complete a very long roster of questions. Be prepared to invest a lot of time with a very cumbersome system.

My son has been coming to this office since we moved to the area a few years ago. The providers are amazing & the staff are excellent! You never have to wait more than a few minutes. I also value the same day sick walk in clinic & extended hours. Highly recommend this practice!
