Hudson Dental Esthetics

The office staff was very disorganized. Every time that I made an appointment and showed up, the staff person said that they had no record of the appointment. After I gave them the insurance information, the staff person said that they had no record of it. I was lucky if someone answered the phone. The bathroom is located in the hallway and was very dirty and unsanitary. One of the stalls did not have a door. The other stall did not have a lock on the door. The bathroom did not have any soap and paper towels. Apparently, the landlord of the building was a slumlord for not maintaining the bathroom nor supplying it with paper towels and soap. I don't recall if the bathroom even had toilet paper. I also did not like the area that Hudson Dental was located at. It was very congested. I did not

Terrible place DO NOT GO there. I was referred by a friend who said Michael is a great dentist. When arrived dude was busy after making an appointment. Was seen by some latino dude who put me in so much pain. Terrible decision I made. STAY AWAY from this place

Doctors late by 1 hour ! even to the 1st appointment of the day. You’re to feel guilty & stupid for asking “how much longer”, “why no-one is here.” Unprofessional, condescending tone, rude, insulting receptionists stare & never apologize for disrespecting your time. Clock is used arbitrarily here, or no-one is trained. No moral compass

Scene the doctor was in,This place was and still is amazing. welcome home lifespan. All great doctor.

The office and the front staff are not professional. You can no get in contact with them. It was difficult to schedule an appointment to see a dentist.
