Dr. Walter continued restorative work to create a bridge in order to stabilize one of my bottom teeth. I am impressed by his assessment of my situation through using top technology tools and many years of professional experience. In addition Dr. Walter has taken extra time in ensuring that all issues regarding my teeth are fully addressed, including fixing a back molar filling and adjusting my bite. I can’t thank him and his staff enough for working together to make sure I was able to get in quickly and that I was comfortable during the whole long procedure. Everyone works as a team and there is a very positive atmosphere. I also appreciate knowing that he is teaching students of High Point University in conjunction with my treatment. If first experiences matter, AND THEY ABSOLUTELY DO, Kendra and Dr. Ricardo Walter have given themselves a hard act to follow for future visits. Prompt, engaged, respectful, considerate, and collaborative are the words that come to mind as I recollect today’s visit. I recently received a billing statement showing a total balance of $1,364, and I am requesting clarification because several charges do not appear to be correct. Specifically, I was billed twice for the same procedure — Retainer Crown (Porcelain/Ceramic – Anterior) — with two separate remaining balances listed as $692 and $672. I am seeking answers to the following: Why am I being charged twice for what appears to be a single procedure, and why was this not clearly communicated before the procedure was performed? I would like to formally report an issue regarding the front desk service I received on February 3, 2026, at HPU Health – Hillandale Dental. I arrived for my appointment at 12:35 PM, following the instructions I received by email stating that I should arrive by 12:30 PM, even though the appointment was scheduled to start at 1:00 PM. When I checked in, the front desk staff member told me that my appointment would only start at 1:00 PM. I explained that the email instructed me to arrive earlier, but she responded in a rude and dismissive manner and told me that I needed to wait in my car. After I showed her the email confirmation with the arrival time, she still insisted that I wait in my car. About five minutes later, she came to my car and asked for my personal information, stating that

The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive, creating an environment that immediately puts you at ease.
