I’ve been coming here for years, but the last two visits were so bad that I will never return. This office has turned into a complete circus — rude front desk, chaotic scheduling, long waits even when they tell you to come early, and an obvious push to squeeze as much money out of patients as possible. It feels less like a healthcare office and more like a billing operation with dental chairs. The worst part: I spent two full weeks repeatedly asking the doctor to call me to clear up what I believe were fraudulent billing charges. I got zero response. No call. No explanation. No effort to fix the problem. That level of avoidance is unacceptable and raises serious concerns. After years as a loyal patient, today was my last visit. The office called and asked me to arrive early; I took a cab to accommodate, but still waited past my time. The front-desk interaction was curt and discourteous—a big change from the warm staff I remember. Since Dr. Berman hasn’t been there full-time, the practice feels more transactional and less patient-centered. Service and professionalism have declined, and the focus seems more on billing than care. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this office anymore. Skip this place.

This was my first visit to this practice. The periodontist, Dr.Leder, performed surgery with a caring and gentle bedside manner. Dr. Berman, the dentist, took over after the surgery and couldn't have been more assuring and was also gentle.

I have mostly had a good experience at this dental practice. I had some elaborate and expensive work done including dental implants which, so far, has turned out well. Where I have had trouble is in using the dental insurance that I have for basic dental work. I came to this practice on a recommendation from my insurance company which requires a “primary dentist “ designation, but when I insisted on paying the usual co pay rate rather than three or four times as much I was subjected to a ridiculous argument. I have never encountered this kind of response at any doctors before, and it did leave a bad taste.
