Horizon West Pediatrics & Family Center

I like the doctors I like that this urgent care can get me in relatively quickly I do NOT like the front desk customer service I do NOT like the administrative dependent. They rescheduled me 3 times because doctors were not available to give my 2 kids a physical for school. They also failed to tell me that their office is under construction and that the appointment would be out of their winter park office. There was zero communication of that. Zero. They also failed to send me immunization records 3 times. Like I said. I like the pediatrician but dislike how they run this clinic. Very unprofessional and for a busy mom who works full time, this place is an inconvenience.

Horrible. Made an appointment months ago when I got my due date for my newborn. Confirmed my appointment when my scheduled induction was made a few short weeks ago. Had my baby yesterday, and called to see if they had earlier availability before Christmas just in case. They informed me (five days before an appointment I had that was already scheduled months in advance) that they are closing tomorrow through January 5th. I got zero notifications, no call, no email. I would have shown up with my newborn to a closed office. I could not be more upset about the lack of communication. They gentleman on the phone was exceptionally rude about it, and at this point I don’t know who runs this sham of an office, but I hope they shut down and save the space for a competent Pediatrician in Horizon West

I had a wonderful experience at Horizon West Pediatrics, and I truly hope to continue bringing my children here for many years to come. Dr. Humberto is an outstanding pediatrician: attentive, calm, and clear in his explanations. He takes the time to listen and makes you feel confident that your child is in good hands. You can tell he genuinely cares about his little patients — and that makes all the difference. The entire team that works with him is also excellent. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and kind. I left the appointment feeling very satisfied and reassured. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience with the doctor and my kids. He was very informative and everyone who works there was friendly and very welcoming. They also invited me to the grand opening event , I felt apart of the family!! Thank you HW Peds

I’ve had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything thoroughly. Leon, in particular, is a fantastic addition to the team. He’s professional, attentive, and made my children feel completely comfortable and at ease during their visit. Highly recommend!
