Horizon Specialty Hospital of Henderson

Excellent experience here. The staff is awsome....there was only one real mishap...I dont think I need to be woken up in the middle of the night to be weighed but that was probably my only real complaint about this place. They do their job, they do it well and are super friendly. If I ever find myself needing a facility like this again...this will be where I go.

1/27/26- This place is HORRIBLE I was here in LV to take care of my brother alongside his wife and daughter, and most of the staff was HORRIBLE. They don’t know how to communicate with the family as far as When we have questions and concerns, they act like we don’t have the right to know what’s going on. If the call bell was pressed it takes them almost 30-45 minutes to respond and when they do come they have attitudes like you’re bothering them. And on top of that the facility is NASTY!! It took them a whole week to clean my brothers room and that’s ONLY because my brother made a complaint to upper management, and very time you walk into the building it STINKS and the floors are ALWAYS dirty. You all really need to rethink your nursing staff and housekeeping staff cause most of them are

Stayed for over two weeks and the service was superior. Adrian a CNA(?) Was so sweet! She continued to visit even when I was moved to another unit. I appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you!

While the medical care I received from Dr. Chen was excellent—she was clearly very knowledgeable—the overall experience at [Hospital Name] was very frustrating. I had to wait nearly 4 hours past my scheduled time for a simple [Reason for Visit, e.g., consultation/outpatient test], and the communication about the delay was minimal. Furthermore, the administrative process felt disorganized, leading to a long wait during check-in and some confusion with my billing afterwards. The nurses were clearly overworked and seemed rushed, which impacted their attentiveness. The hospital needs serious improvement in patient scheduling and front desk efficiency to match the quality of its doctors

The staff took very good care of me. Some were better than others, but many were very solid and a few were exceptional. Some of my favorite nurses were: ● Edgar ● Isabelle ● Edward I can't remember all of the nurses names but a lot of them took good care of me. The CNAs too. I'm grateful for each of them.
