I’m beyond done after years taking my little girl to. I called and made an appointment a week prior just for her asthma inhaler for her school, because she needs it and has flair ups. And the day of the appointment she got a cold. And then the dr says to me come back in a week. And I’m like what? My daughter actually needs this and has had asthma for years!! Mind to you last year I had no issues, the paper work was filled out and sent off, she knows Emma has asthma and actually needs this for school. And I have no time to make another appointment. For what? To check back up on a cold, I could understand another appointment if I needed that required a refill of a cold medicine but she’s always been on albuterol. I love Dr. Fernandez I take both my kids here. She has new staff they’re not rude like the old ones. She is the best doctor ever, her staff is so friendly and caring.

Did an appointment but they have to reschedule us because we were late. But they have a grace period of 15 mins and we exactly made it. But still they did not accommodate us even my daughter is having allergy. I was so upset and said nevermind I'm not coming back. I will go to another will deserve pediatrician.

I have been taking my children to see Dr Fernandez for the pass 17 years. She is a wonderful doctor. She has always treat us all like family. The office staff has changed throughout the years. Dr Fernandez care has been consistent She is #1

Usually in and out quickly. Office personnel are very nice and helpful.
