Bad service!!! As holiday approaching they refuse my package as i choose this for my access point of Ups ! They know this is time of holiday and they just refuse instead contacting me! Hello!!!!! Dont say your place is access point of ups like u said so if u cant accommodate! Terrible place terrible people who work there ! Never again Follow up on your response You said the package went to your place because delivery attempt failed ! Is not true as i was put your address in first place as my access point delivery address . Again you put ur address as access point delivery address for UPS so you aknowledge that we as customer of ups got ur address from ups to deliver the package to ur place as u work together with ups so mean you know you have to accommodate if we send stuff there . Went here to get a Covid booster. Called beforehand to check their availability for vaccines. The staff here are nice but might need to line up a little bit as it's such a small place. Seems like some staff could say Cantonese as I kind of hear they speak it with other customers (not 100% sure though).

Horrible experience. I walked in and told Kate I was picking up a package. She told me I needed to bring a printed label. I tried to tell her instructions to pickup did not say I had to print anything and she wouldn't let me talk. Pharmacist Thomas Li then came to speak loudly telling me I had to go to a UPS store to print label if I couldn't print. I once again told them I had never had to print to pickup but they wouldn't listen and totally ignored me. Sat down to call UPS for assistance and Thomas told me I had to leave store because they were closing for lunch. I then told him I was on phone w UPS telling them I wasn't being allowed to pick up my package and then they rudely again said oh you have to give us ID and the number of the package. Absolutely lovely customer service. They'd remember your names after a couple of visits and greet you with the warmest smiles every time you visit. Even though it does get very busy often (since they have many loyal customers), I would never mind the wait, since it would usually be 5-10 minutes tops. Plus, the staff members are extremely helpful, as they always manage to solve issues with my health insurance that I used to have with previous pharmacies! 6 stars for y'all :)

Love their customer service! Pharmacist Thomas provided an excellent service, he patiently explained each of my prescriptions, very professional service. During this pandemic period, they followed the social distancing rules & regulations by reducing the number of people come into the pharmacy, avoid close contact was a BIG PLUS!! I would highly recommend this pharmacy to all local residents.
