Went here today for a root canal. Obviously no one likes the dentist or orthodontist but I really like coming here for my dental needs. The office is clean, organized and nice. Arrived, filled out the paper work very quickly as it was the regular paperwork you fill out, HIPPA, consent ect. The doctor and his assistant are the best! He greeted me, and remembered me from 7 years ago which was nice. I know he remembered me because his office moved 5 years ago and he knew I went to the old office behind the highschool. Explained everything that was going on and let me put my beats on and listen to my music while everything went on. He made sure I was comfortable and the process took an hour exactly! Today was our first and last visit to this establishment. We arrived early to complete paperwork because their website was not working correctly. Parking was awful, waiting room had a screaming toddler and not enough seating, my son had to stand for 30 minutes until we were escorted into a room. The assistant fumbled with paperwork and said "im going to get the doctor, I'll be right back." 45 minutes later still no one came into our room, and the toddler was still yelling/screaming. We walked out and wont return 1hr and 15 minutes with no attention. We will go elsewhere for orthodontic care. Do not reccomend.

Nice, friendly, helpful staff and doctors. Really like the new updates the did to the inside of the building.

My son got his braces off Jan. 24 of 2023. On the 17th of July 2025, I got a vm saying I had a reimbursement of over $437.50 (Insurance came thru on Nov. 20th of 2023) that they needed to send me and wanted to get an address from me. Today on July 31st I called bc we still hadn’t received the check and I was told it hasn’t even been issued! I don’t know how a business can have that amount of ur money and obviously do whatever they want when it comes to getting it back to u! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Very disappointed. Had my daughter’s appointment set up and specifically requested a certain assistant. They were difficult on the phone about it and did not fulfill request. My daughter hadn’t been there in a little while so she was going to be more comfortable with a certain assistant, and they totally didn’t even listen to her concerns.
