Dr. Warren is an AMAZING doctor! He and Damon Greene are a wonderful pair! Dr. Warren did a Crainiotomy on me on October 16, 2025 and it all went well. I HIGHLY recommend him! I also suggested my sister-in-law go see him for her migraines cause she was not getting any relief from the meds her doctor put her on. And she is currently in her journey with Great Plains Brain and Spine. Thank you so muchDr. Warren, Damon and all the staff at this wonderfulclininc!!.

I went to see Dr Warren to be assured that the issues that I am having with my spine wasn’t going to cause long term nerve damage if I didn’t have surgery to correct it right away. He was honest and reassuring that the treatment program I am currently on was going to be fine to continue at this time. He isn’t a doctor that is just looking to schedule surgeries when they weren’t absolutely necessary. I have great respect for that man!! We are blessed to have him in our community!!

First off Chris at the feont desk was awesome! My intake lasted longer than the actual appointment, was a very rushed appointment. I did however love the imaging of my spine and the doctor explained it to me in a way that i understood it. Overall a very friendly well kept place. I asked the nurse about her shoes and she directed me to the business ess that she purchased them from and lead me to the most knowledgeable kind man ever!! Hopefully these shoes will help my back and legs, so far I love them!! I would recommend you🙃

Dr Warren was very attentive and compassionate. He really listened to what I had to say. I feel confident he is finding the best course of treatment for me.

We are overwhelmed by the entire staff. So many employees offered to help us get from A to B. Everything was explained in great detail and were more than happy to answer questions. We have been singing your praises since we started this process with Great Plains. Our GP is thrilled that she was spot on and that she sent us in your direction. The best part was finding out there is a Pizza Ranch in North Platte. Why mess with Colorado when there is such a great facility east of Sidney. Only downfall is the time change. Thank you so much
