U SAVE Pharmacy

This pharmacy has given me another persons medication four times now. Each time I’ve had to tell them it wasn’t mine and to give me the correct one. There is another woman in town with the same name and her DOB is in the same month as mine but totally different day and year, the staff must not listen to the day and year when given because somehow I keep getting medication that isn’t mine. Absolutely unacceptable and negligent. Staff needs better training

I went to USAVE to pick my mom's 2 prescriptions up around 4:45 today. At first the young man at the counter couldn't find it. He then looked on the computer and then went back to look. And he finally found it. There was no charge, but I also bought 2 bottles of water. I gave him my debit card. I hate the fact that they always sign my name instead of me signing for the charges. Then the young man's register apparently ran out of register tape, so first he asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said yes please. He sighed and went to another register. Then when he handed me the prescriptions, I said thank you. All he said was uh-huh. I get that it was almost closing time, but good customer service and common courtesy should be a priority.

I was greeted at the door when I entered and was led right to the item I needed.

Travis, Megan and the staff are always willing to help with prescriptions and anything else ! Staff is always friendly and quick!

Extremely disappointed! I am a college student so I have my prescriptions mailed to me because I live in Omaha. The amount of times that my prescriptions have been sent to the wrong place or not at all is frustrating. I speak directly to one of the pharmacists telling them that I would like my prescriptions mailed and I provide the address, but some how they still end up screwing it all up!
