HOPE Tower

First time here. Getting a CT scan. Great phone help setting up appointment and great followup help reminding me of my appointment. Even gave great directions to the facility. Building is beautiful, staff super friendly, new machine and super clean. And fast, very fast - was in and out in 20 minutes. So far I'm impressed and highly recommend HOPE.

I don't know where else to share this, mind you I did try to report it earlier today while there . . . the elevators, for a 10:15A.M. appointment were gross!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get it, things happen, but since they are dirty, I wanted to "gel" my hands when I got off. Both, the first and second gel dispenser would NOT work. They both made the noise like something was coming out, and they were both filled, but nothing came out, even after trying multiple times. But, it gets worse. When I asked the security guard for a comment card, and told him what I just described above, he shrugged his shoulders. I then told the receptionist who checked me in for my doctor's appointment. I am writing to report an incident that occurred today while I was in the building for hydration treatment. As I approached the elevator and attempted to enter, the door unexpectedly closed and struck me directly in the chest. The door did not stop or reopen as elevators normally do when someone is entering. Because of this, I asked the young woman who was standing by the controls if she had attempted to close the door. She denied doing so. At that point, another woman who was with her became verbally aggressive toward me. I made it clear that I did not want to argue and asked that the situation simply be left alone, as the incident had already happened and there was no reason to escalate it. It's such a pleasure to be under the care of Dr. Patel (Breast Surgery) in Hope Tower. I came to this facility after a horrible experience at Sloan-Kettering and a botched surgery. Dr. Patel has been a godsend. The staff in Dr. Patel's office are also fantastic and a pleasure to receive treatment from. I feel so fortunate that the horrible care I received from Sloan has been turned around and I continue to progress through treatment.

The service that they provide is great… I have great experience through all my treatments doctors nurses all the people involved very attentive and polite…. But the valet parking are the worse service ever they occupied the majority of the parking spots they drive the cars like racing cars
