Hometown Pharmacy

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years now. And today it the first time I’ve ever had an issue. But a little kindness on the other end of the phone goes a long way & actually goes both ways. After be slammed on hold because I was correcting a simple mistake that was discussed with my doctor. The young lady on the phone didn’t like how I had addressed that issue. I simply stated that it was very polite to not let a customer finish their sentence before placing them on hold. But my personality is a loud one and I speck in a high volume and excited tone, which is often mistake for upset & angry. Which I took the time to explain to this young lady. An even then after apologizing for my personal personality flaw she proceeded to still respond extremely rude. I also have difficulty hearing and

Great customer service and most of all the best pharmacist that take time to explain anything you need to know. Truly Hometown. Oh and also give the best shot ever. Don't even know you got it.

WORST pharmacy EVER! One star is generous! Twice I have called in my prescription and asked when it would be ready and when I show up at that time......it isn’t ready... today the lady accused me of not calling it in and I show her the time and the 7 minutes of call to their pharmacy on my phone and I told her (after she accused a customer of lying because she didn’t do her job) that I would find a different pharmacy and she rudely told me she thinks that is best. Oh and they have read out my prescription in front of store customers loudly and then asked me why I was taking the medication!?!?!?! Can you say super illegal!

Spoke with the pharmacist to call in an antibiotic prescription for one of my patients. The pharmacist informed me that the store closes in 5 minutes. I told him the website shows that they close at two. He said and i quote, "Oh well. We've been closing at 1pm for 3 or 4 years." Then told me to call the prescription in to somewhere in Corsicana or Palestine before he HUNG UP ON ME. No, the phone didn't hang up. He literally said, "Ok. Bye" and hung up while i was talking. What a rude pretentious man.
