I have taken my basset hound Norman in to see them for the last few years and they are always so kind, patient, and helpful. The techs and Dr. Mackey are so very sweet with my boy and I appreciate that they are up front about treatment costs and very fairly priced. He has been seen for normal preventative treatment and recently had a surgery to remove a large and smaller mass. I love having a local vet to see that takes good care of my doggo.

Thank you Dr. Mackey and Rachel for your care and compassion shown to me and Molly on Saturday. Losing my baby girl was very hard. Thank you for your kindness making it a lot easier. I so appreciate Dr. Rousch, Tricia, Hailey and your entire staff. Very professional and caring. Thank you!

If I could give 10,000 stars I would. Today I had to make the choice to put down my family pet. These people were so kind and comforting. The entire staff was wonderful. Such a hard decision- that is the right one when it is time and the staff was so comforting. They truly cared deeply for my baby and as much for what I was going through too. Thank you to you all! You have a customer for life. My God has all the counters in heaven waiting for Ollie to get on. That’s his heaven, it wasn’t much appreciated at my house. He was a funny boy, we will miss him and all his humor and curiosity 🌸🥰

Dr. Rauch, Dr. Mackey, and the entire staff make me feel completely at home every time I visit. I drive all the way from Corsicana because, after trying many clinics, no one has ever cared for my dogs with the same love, attention, and professionalism that they do. They treat every animal like family, offer fair prices, and provide a warm, trustworthy environment that’s hard to find. I’m grateful to have them as part of my extended kennel family!

Thank you to Dr.Mackey and Haylee. They did a home visit for my lil Sammie. My 15 year old cat had anxiety about the vet office I did not want her last minutes to be in anxiety. She passed in her own home in her own bed with me right beside her petting her and talking to her until she passed. The ladies were so kind and helped me through the process.
