Hometown Drug

I’m very disappointed. I called Friday when my prescription was sent over to see when I could pick it up. I was told that the pharmacy was out of stock that they had to order it and it would be there Monday. Well Monday 10/6 at 3:50pm I called and spoke to a woman. I specifically asked about my medication adderal Xr 30mg if it was ready and she told me yes. I live in Corsicana so it’s a 28 minute drive to this pharmacy. It seems like whoever worked Monday that I spoke to just didn’t actually check. I was supposed to have this medication filled 10/3. So I’m already 5 days late on taking this medication nearly a week. Although, I do understand the adderal shortage I was just told Friday 10/3 that it was ordered and would be there Monday. Then Monday I called asked specifically about this med

This pharmacy has an outstanding staff. They go above and beyond to ensure their patient is cared for. I appreciate that they actually take the time to approach you and talk to you about your medications, not just say “do you have any questions?” It also is very helpful to me that I don’t have to keep up with when my medications need to be filled. It completely takes the guesswork out of filling medications and they have everything ready to go where I only need to make one trip. I couldn’t be happier with a pharmacy and I would highly recommend anyone considering a change to give them a chance!

All the pharmacists, in particular Brian, are exceptionally thoughtful, kind, professional and compassionate, and so are all the pharmacy techs. I’ve never had one negative experience here, been a customer for years. I drive a long way to this pharmacy. Am grateful for all the employees exceptional patience, and their jobs are high stress too. Great place with really good decent people!

The best Home Town Pharmacy works with my insurance and gets approval for medication’s. They deliver. They mail my medications to me. I live in Dallas and I received them overnight. Great pharmacy.

Extremely overpriced, refuses prescription discount cards as well, conflicting store policies and very rude staff. There's more negative issues with them but this whole experience has exausted me. Good thing there's other pharmacies to choose from.
