We had the pleasure of having an awesome team assist my grandmother with her procedure today. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The surgery nurse Maritza, anesthesia provider Jeremy, and the surgeon, Dr. Sullivan, were all wonderful. Dr. Sullivan has helped my grandmother tremendously and is extremely knowledgeable. Our recovery nurse, Glynda, went above and beyond—she took great care of my grandmother and even took the time to locate a cup I had accidentally left behind. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and timely. My grandmother felt very well cared for, and everyone we encountered was kind, attentive, and professional.

I had a proceedure completed this morning at Ennis Regional Hospital. Everyone involved including check-in, pre-op nurses, OR nurses, anesthesia tech, post-op nurses, and of course Dr. Sullivan were absolutely the best. I could not have been treated any better. They made me feel so at ease and relaxed from start till the time of my discharge. I love these guys and gals and appreciate so much how I was treated. To say I highly recommend them would be an understatement. Thanks so much.

I came to emergency room for chest pain , the doctor and ekg, xray technician and first nurse were nice and proffesional. im not sure if there was new shift coming in, but the second nurse an old white lady i believe her name is Melissa she was extremely unprofessional, rude and short tempered. She did not show any compassion or empathy for sick patients. when she came in the room she gave me some pain medication to the hand where i had an IV on, i told her i wasnt comfortable taking it with that hand and she responded condescendly "its just a piece of plastic" I tried to ignore that because i was in pain and then she came back again and told me the doctor was ready to release me, and i asked her if they were going to give me something for the inflammation in my chest and she answered wit

A wonderful easy experience. Nobody wants a colonoscopy but they make it easy Dr Sullivan was wonderful and so were all of my nurses and that CRNA

My 1st colonoscopy went as well as I could have expected. They were very reassuring even though I was very anxious. The entire staff was attentive and accommodating throughout this process. I would highly recommend Dr John Sullivan and the staff at ERMC.
