NP Miatta Sawyerr & her staff are very kind & professional & patient. All this is very important when you are sick & feeling lousy.

We see Dr Merle Felicia and have been going to her for years couldn't ask for a better doctor. She took care of my mom and is the doctor for many of my family members. She never rushes you and always takes time to listen to your concerns.

This clinic is a gem! My mother had to get a medical for her green card application. We called a few other clinics that are licensed to do these exams, and nobody seemed to have a clue what exactly is required. The staff in Dr. Silverman's office was extremely knowledge, which gave us a lot of confidence. moving forward. Once we arrived there, we didn't have to wait at all -- we entered 5 minutes before our official appointment time, everyone was polite, welcoming and super efficient. Dr. Silverman took the time to visit with us, made sure we got everything we needed, and even took the time to talk to us about my mom's other medical conditions. He is extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for the great service. Strongly recommend!

-I absolutely recommend this place, there is a doctor for everyone. My husband sees Dr. Jinks and we love how he carefully reviews, all areas of his concerns within himself and all the medications he takes. We love that he really takes his time to listen. -I see Merle Filecia and she is absolutely amazing. She really cares and listens and makes you feel like you are her only patient. -My grandbaby sees, Dr. Swati and I couldn't have asked for a better pediatrician. She is very kid-friendly, and always does a follow up check to see how she is doing. My grand daughter loves her. -The staff is so sweet, always smiling and very helpful. If I could give this place 6 stars - I would.

The billing department at this facility is BY FAR the WORST. Spoke with a lady by the name of terrie and she was the most uneducated, unprofessional, and most hateful girl I have ever dealt with at this place. I’m so glad that terrie is not a doctor because her bedside manner is garbage. I understand what you do my be hard or challenging at times, but this girl needs some serious training on her people skills. If she doesn’t get it, there is more business to be lost due to her hostile nature. Thank you for some good years Ellis county medical associates, but I will be changing doctors completely after speaking with this girl. She isn’t worth my breath.
