She made sure the results were clarified clearly and leaving me without any uncertainty. I get my new hearing aids this month because of her findings. Entering the office, I was quickly greeted by the receptionist and associate Kimberly with a caring personality and pleasant smile. Yes, I would highly recommend this professional service.

Miss Billie, She was an exceptional audiologist who understands first hand veterans health issues. Her father was a Navy veteran and a war hero in WW II serving our great nation. She knows the military culture and has an incredible empathetic appreciation to all veterans. She is an outstanding asset to the Veterans Affairs and a beacon for others to follow.
