Avoid LH Radiology if you can. I’ve had the misfortune of using them for two pregnancies, and both experiences were plagued by incompetence. For my first baby, they missed a critical scan that could have led to a life-threatening injury at birth. For my second, they spent 1.5 hours on an anatomy scan and still failed to get the all the images neccesary. They forced me to come back for a second appointment to fix their mistake, and now I’m stuck with a $1,300 bill that insurance won't cover. It is predatory to charge patients full price for a 'make-up' appointment caused by their own staff's inefficiency.

Very friendly front desk and also scheduling was very easy. I’ve been coming here for a few years for regular checkups and also it’s very easy to get the records on dvd after the appointment from the patient info center to have them handy when getting a second opinion.

Possibly the worst imaging establishment in New York City. I have no idea of the quality of service as I had to leave twice because of the incompetency of the registration process. I am not even sure if they could do the specialized test I required. NYU only does it twice a week and a Dr. does this specialized test. I was in a hurry and Northwell always seems to have openings, especially on 13th Street. NYU was booked for weeks and the other facilities do not do this. I asked several times if I could verify if this test was done there. There is no technician to speak to if you call the phone just rings and rings. The registration personnel are rude and keep disappearing from the desk. When at the desk they spend most of the time chatting to each other about personal matters. I had a

Awesome! staff was great and professional. Dr. Kuriloff amazing treat me and my family upmost respect, provided my family step by step. His energy made us all very comfortable. Lenox hill bedside bistro, another amazing team. Assisting with my dining experience. Kudos. Praying I never have to return. But trust in believe my new hospital. Security team downstairs need some training, they lack empathy and respect, they need to be trained.
