Emilia Ritzert form the Hospitality office served as the VIP Concierge who oversaw our stay at Holtz Children’s Hospital, & I cannot say enough about the level of care, concern, & professionalism she brought to our family during an incredibly stressful time. From the moment she stepped in, Emilia was attentive, proactive, & deeply compassionate. She checked on us consistently, anticipated needs before we had to ask, helped things run smoothly across the many moving parts of a hospital stay, & made sure we felt supported every step of the way. I can’t be thankful enough to the L&D team for the incredible care and support they provided. They turned what could have been an extremely stressful and difficult experience into one that felt calm, reassuring, and truly manageable. Every member of the team was exceptionally humane, compassionate, and attentive, making me feel safe and cared for at every step. Absolutely amazing staff from start to finish. They delivered my baby in excellent manner. This hospital doesn't get credit enough. Shout out to Marie 4th floor, Jennifer, Sonia. And the entire obgyn team on that 4th floor you guys was amazing excellent work ethics. As for 3rd floor Nurse Ronide took good care of me and my mom. My nicu team thank you for everything you are doing for my child. Very thankful to have you guys.

I had very mixed experiences at this hospital. OB triage, Labor & Delivery, anesthesiology, and the NICU were excellent. The physicians and nurses in these areas were professional, attentive, and compassionate. Our NICU experience in particular stood out—we truly appreciated the doctors and nurses there and felt well supported during a stressful time. Unfortunately, the mother/baby floor was the exact opposite and turned what should have been a supportive postpartum period into the most stressful experience of my life. The nurses during the first 24 hours after delivery were slow, disengaged, and provided minimal actual support when it was most needed. Despite this, they excelled at constantly waking me and the baby without offering meaningful help, which was exhausting and incredibly st
