Our experience at Holly Springs Pediatrics was honestly awesome. We picked this place because the reviews were really good, and now we totally get why. The moment we walked in, the office felt clean, bright, and just really welcoming. The front desk team was super nice. Check in was quick and easy, and they made the whole thing feel really chill. It was a great first impression. The clinic itself is super clean. The waiting area looks neat, the exam rooms are spotless, and everything just feels well cared for. Our son was sick and they got us in same day, no problem. We never have to wait very long and get out very quickly with compassionate care. We are so greatful!

For the most part, we had a positive experience. While somewhat pleasant, some of the staff didn’t seem to want to be there. The office was also a bit old and dingy feeling. We were there for a simple well visit and didn’t need any treatment, but the NP we saw was nice and enthusiastic. We also appreciated that they gave us a print-out of our child’s weight, height, etc. All in all pretty good, but a person or two could use a bit more pep in their step (especially in a peds office).

That is highly inaccurate. My son has been seen here for the past year. It’s very obvious to everyone that your responses to all the negative reviews are defensive and aimed at blaming the parents. You constantly claim that people who leave bad reviews are “angry” or “upset,” trying to invalidate every legitimate concern. No one is buying that. Anyway, don’t waste your time bringing your children here. Take them to Phycinity Pediatric instead, their customer service is 100% better, and you’ll never feel pressured into anything. Especially for my healthy, crunchy mommas, they’re a much better fit for your little ones. Hopefully, they fire whoever is responding to these reviews. The replies are unprofessional, immature, and written as if using only 3% of their brain.

I had really high expectations for this practice based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experiences have been disappointing. Each time we've visited the Apex location, the staff has come across as unfriendly, and the doctors didn't seem particularly thorough. During a recent sick visit for my child, the doctor tested for flu and strep—both came back negative. Despite this, the doctor quickly brushed off my questions and said it was "likely strep" because it was going around, then ended the appointment in under five minutes. What was more frustrating was the billing: our insurance was charged $508 for that brief visit, including $270 just for seeing the doctor.
