I've been a patient at Holly Springs Family Dentistry for over 15 years, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Taylor and her team. Dr. Taylor is kind, caring, and genuinely down-to-earth. She takes the time to listen and always makes sure you're comfortable. She's also fantastic with our kids—patient, gentle, and great at helping them feel at ease. The entire staff is super friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a trustworthy and welcoming dental office.

Our whole family sees Dr Taylor and have always had good experiences. The whole staff is always friendly and helpful and makes it easy to come to the dentist. We even stayed with the clinic after we moved and make the hour long drive because we’ve been so happy with our care here.

This should be called, “Holly Springs Corporate Dentistry” if for no other reason than the sheer size of the practice. On one hand, most of my experiences with this practice have been positive. However, it seems like they’re taking on as many patients as they can as I can never get a cleaning every 6 months. I went in May and the soonest appointment I could get for my next six-month cleaning was in August. Then my family scheduled a vacation in August and I had to reschedule. The soonest they could reschedule that appointment was October. In October I got Covid and the soonest they could reschedule me for was May again. I’m going to try to find a practice that can clean my teeth every six months.

I had a scheduled checkup/cleaning. Before my appointment, the office called me to let me know my insurance wasn't going to cover the entire cost and that I would have to pay (less than $20) out of pocket. That's excellent service, instead of surprising me at the office when I was leaving. Dr Taylor is really nice, knowledgeable, and all in all a great dentist. She's not condescending in her diagnosis & doesn't push unnecessary procedures. Try her out!
