Holly is so amazing. We have known her for a few years now. She is so kind and empathetic and listens so carefully to everything we have to say. My daughter was so sick this morning and i messaged her and she asked me to bring her in immediately. She gave her IV fluids and meds and now she is feeling so much better. It so wonderful that our primary care is just a phone call or message away when there is an emergency. Thank you Holly. So grateful for you.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Holly Hawks’ office. After waiting two months for my first appointment, I was told on-site that I had to pay a $250 annual membership fee—something that was never disclosed when I booked, or over the phone. Holly herself was kind and saw me that day. She treated what appeared to be a minor ear issue and scheduled a follow-up appointment for a month later. Since she recommended it and it was booked during that first visit, I assumed it was part of the same care episode. The day before my scheduled follow-up, I received a call stating that unless I paid the $250 fee, my appointment would be canceled.
