Amazing pediatrician, we've been patients for 12 years. Extremely knowledgeable and good bedside manner, yet never sugarcoats. Listens to children and takes their comments seriously. We are not even near the practice anymore, but still choose to see her.

Dr. Holly Spanier is the best Pediatrician in NoVa. She is extremely patient, detail oriented, personable, and on point with all her diagnosis. She understands different cultures and work with families with their thoughts and beliefs. Empathetic, kind, funny, encouraging and just a fantastic doctor. We all look forward to seeing her every time we visit her. She has taken care of my kids from Day one and I can’t recommend her enough. If you are looking for a doctor for your kids she is the one to go. Hands down THE BEST !!!!

I took my granddaughter in with an ear infection and met Dr. Spanier for the first time She was amazing. My two and a half year old granddaughter went from being terrified to chatting happily within less than 5 minutes with Dr. Holly.
